Lucinda Lidstone

Lucinda is a Transpersonal Psychotherapist and the director of a mental health & wellbeing clinic in the southeast of England

She has also worked as a Spiritual Consultant, Hypnotherapist and Energy Medicine Practitioner for over 30 years. Her interest is in normalising the non-ordinary experiences that many of us have, such as the Voice Hearing phenomena, which was the subject of her dissertation for her Master’s Degree.

Lucinda is a keen advocate for learning from the lived experience of those in crisis and co-founded CAPDA an organisation that campaigns against the over-prescribing of psychiatric drugs, believing that ‘psychosis’ would be better viewed as a spiritual crisis.

Lucinda created the ‘ASCit’ podcast in 2018, with short reflections on different aspects of the human struggle. This was rebranded into ‘Talking Tealeaves’, which invites guests to share their personal experiences of anomalous phenomena, spiritual growth and healing.

Lucinda is a regular guest on an online morning breakfast show, discussing current affairs from a psychological perspective. Her current interest is exploring the use of psychedelics for ongoing mental health issues and personal growth.
